The time it takes to complete your order will depend on the number of design changes you request. We dispatch most orders in 7 business days. If you are short on time we offer a Rush Service. Please contact us for more details.

As soon as your order has been placed we will start designing your stationery. A digital proof will be emailed to you 2 business days after you have placed your order. If you have selected Guest Name Printing, we will provide a spreadsheet for you to complete.

After receiving your proof you can provide feedback and request changes to the wording, colours, layout, fonts, etc. You can make as many changes as you like. Please allow one business day for each round of changes to be completed.

Once all changes have been finalised and you are happy with your stationery, we will ask you to check all details and approve the design for print. We never proceed with printing until we have your approval.

As soon as your approval has been received printing will commence. Please allow 4 business days for your order to be printed, packaged and dispatched.

We offer a flat shipping rate for orders sent within Australia. All orders are sent from Sydney metropolitan area via Australia Post and include tracking.
