All products are digitally printed onto premium cardstock using the highest grade matt pigment inks.  Any elements featured in the designs (such as gold foil, wood, marble, lace, etc) are high resolution images.

We offer very fast turnaround times on orders. The average turnaround time is 7 business days (excluding delivery), however this will vary depending on how many changes are requested and how promptly you respond to correspondence.

• A design proof will be emailed to you within 2 business days.
• You can request changes to the colours, wording and layout if needed. The first 3 sets of changes are free. Each set of changes will be completed within 1 business day.
• Once all changes have been completed we will ask you to thoroughly check the design for any errors and approve it for printing.
• As soon your approval has been received printing will commence. Please allow 3 business days for your items to be printed and dispatched.
