SHIPPING
No physical items will be shipped to you. You will receive (via email) high resolution files to print yourself at a printing store of your choice.

TURNAROUND
A design proof will be emailed to you within 2 business days. You can choose to approve the proof or request changes. Please allow 1 business day for each set of changes. After we receive your proof approval, we guarantee to email your high resolution printable files within 2 business days.

The design can be customised with colours from the palette below. If you can't find the colours you like you're welcome to provide your own colour scheme by emailing images to hello@rachaelree.com.au.

When selecting colours please keep in mind that light coloured text will work best on a dark coloured background and vice versa.

We make every effort to match the colours shown on the website to the colours on the printed products you receive, however, please keep in mind that there will be a slight variation between the screen colours and printed colours.
