Ordering Process

Step 1: Submit Your Details

Please complete this Customisation Form after placing your order. As soon as you have submitted the form we will go ahead and customise the designs with your details. A design proof (a draft) will be emailed to you in 2 business days.

Step 2: Design Changes

Once you receive the design proof, you can provide feedback and request changes to the design. You can make as much changes as you like until you are 100% happy with the design. Please allow 1 business day for each set of changes to be completed and an updated design proof to be emailed to you. On average, the Design & Proofing Stage takes 3-4 business days, however this time-frame can vary depending on how many changes are requested and how promptly the client respond to our correspondence.

Step 3: Design Approval

Once all changes have been completed, we will send the final design proofs and ask you to thoroughly check all details, spelling, punctuation, etc, before approving for print.

Step 4: Production

As soon as we receive your approval production will begin.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your invitations and cards to be printed, carefully packaged and dispatched.

For large format signage (i.e. Seating Charts, Welcome Signs, etc) please allow 3 business days for production.
