We have a very quick turnaround time! Most orders are dispatched in 7 business days, however the actual processing time may differ- it just depends on the number of design changes you request and how promptly you respond to our emails. If you are short on time we offer a Rush Service. Please contact us for more details.
STEP 1: DESIGN PREPARATION
As soon as your order has been placed we will start designing your stationery. A digital proof will be emailed to you 2 business days after you have placed your order. If you have selected Guest Name Printing, we will provide a spreadsheet for you to complete.
STEP 2: DESIGN REVIEW & CHANGES
After receiving your proof you can provide feedback and request changes to the wording, colours, layout, fonts, etc. You can make as many changes as you like. Please allow one business day for each round of changes to be completed.
STEP 3: DESIGN APPROVAL
Once all changes have been finalised and you are happy with your stationery we will ask to check all details and approve the design/s for print. We never proceed with printing until we have your personal approval.
STEP 4: PRINT, PACK & POST
As soon as your approval has been received printing will commence. Please allow 4 business days for invitations and cards to be printed and 3-6 business days for signage to be printed. We will then carefully package your order and dispatch with Australia Post. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when dispatched.
